CANCELLATION POLICY

Terms & Conditions By booking an appointment with The Havana Salon, you agree to the following terms: • A valid card on file and deposit are required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your final balance. • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service amount. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged the full service amount. • All services are non-refundable. Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment. • Travel, parking, after-hours, holiday, and special event fees may apply when applicable. • Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or injuries prior to their appointment. • For the comfort and safety of all guests, children and additional visitors are not permitted unless they have an appointment. • By booking, you consent to photography and video for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. • Prices are subject to change without notice. • We reserve the right to refuse service, decline bookings, or discontinue services at our discretion if a client displays inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior, or if we determine that a service cannot be performed safely or professionally.
